Communication: The Most Important “Technical” Skill
After 22 years in the IT industry, I can tell you this: the best engineer in the world will fail if they cannot communicate with stakeholders. My role as an IT Infrastructure Team Lead requires me to translate complex infrastructure problems into business solutions that stakeholders actually understand.
